Fees

Unless otherwise specified or agreed with the buyer or seller, agency fees are:

2.5% excluding VAT payable by the seller and 2.5% excluding VAT payable by the buyer, for a real estate sale.

1 month's rent excluding VAT payable by the landlord and 1 month's rent excluding VAT payable by the tenant, for the rental.

Agency fees must be paid by bank transaction against invoice.
