Protection of personal data

ABI Capital gives the same level of care to the confidentiality of your information as to each of its transactions. This policy describes how your data is collected, used and protected, in accordance with Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and its implementing decree No. 2-09-165.

1. Data Controller

2. Data collected

  • Identification and contact : name, surname, telephone, email, company and function where applicable.
  • Real estate project : type of property sought or offered, location, budget, surface area, timeline.
  • User account : username, encrypted password, alerts and favorites.
  • Technical data : IP address, browser type, pages viewed, cookies.

Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Without them, ABI Capital cannot process your request. ABI Capital does not collect any sensitive data as defined by law no. 09-08.

3. Purposes

  • Responding to your requests for information, estimates or visits.
  • We will search for and present you with properties that match your project.
  • Prepare and follow up on mandates, visits, offers and transactions.
  • Manage your account and the property alerts you have requested.
  • To comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Recipients

Your data is intended solely for the teams ofABI CapitalThey may be communicated, only to the extent strictly necessary:

  • to the parties to a transaction (owner, landlord, buyer, tenant), to the notaries and advisors involved in the transaction;
  • to a partner colleague within the framework of an inter-agency mandate, with your agreement;
  • to our technical service providers (hosting, messaging, customer relationship management, sending emails), who are contractually bound to confidentiality;
  • to the authorities, upon legal request.

ABI Capital We do not sell or rent your data.

5. Data Hosting

Your data is hosted by PlanetHoster, a service provider contractually obligated to ensure its security and confidentiality.

6. Shelf life

  • Prospects: 3 years from the last contact.
  • Clients: duration of the relationship, then 5 years.
  • Accounting documents and invoices: 10 years.
  • Inactive accounts: deleted after 3 years of inactivity.

7. Security

ABI Capital implements appropriate technical and organizational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to authorized employees only, encrypted passwords, regular backups and confidentiality commitments from its service providers.

8. Your rights

In accordance with Articles 7, 8, and 9 of Law No. 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify, and, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of your data. You may object, at any time and free of charge, to receiving our marketing communications.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@abicapital.ma, subject "Personal Data", or by mail to the head office, attaching proof of identity. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

9. Commercial Communications

ABI Capital We will only contact you regarding your current real estate request or project. No commercial solicitations will be sent to you without your prior consent.

10. Cookies

The Site only uses cookies necessary for its operation:

  • Session cookies, security cookies and cookies to remember your choices (language, account, searches).

These cookies do not require consent. The Site does not use any audience measurement or advertising cookies. However, you can block them in your browser settings, although this may impair certain functionalities.

11. CNDP Declaration

The processing of your data, called "Customer Management", was declared to the CNDP on April 1, 2022 and registered under receipt no. D-GC-284/2022 of April 14, 2022, issued in application of CNDP deliberation no. 350-2013 of May 31, 2013.

12. Update

ABI Capital The company may adapt this policy to reflect changes in regulations or its services. The online version is authoritative.

The abicapital.ma website does not use any advertising or audience measurement cookies. Property listings include a Google Maps map: displaying this map may result in Google placing cookies, according to its own privacy policy. You can block or delete these at any time through your browser settings.
